Perfect Poached Eggs

Poaching an egg: It sounds simple, but it's one of the hardest cooking skills to master. Ask anyone (who isn't Ina Garten). But we discovered a trick that'll guarantee perfect results every single time. Because your breakfast/lunch/dinner is always better with an egg on top.

Preparation
Step 1
Brush olive oil on locally sourced organic plastic wrap (uh-huh). Put the plastic on a small bowl. Season the plastic with salt & pepper.
Put an egg on it and tie the plastic wrap closed (loosely).
Place in boiling water. Wait 3 minutes (or longer if you like cooked more), and remove with slotted spoon. Carefully snip the plastic wrap just under the knot to release the egg.
