- 18 OUNCE HOY FONG CHILI GARLIC SAUCE
- 16 OUNCE HONEY MOLASSES MIX
- 3 CUP BROWN SUGAR
- 1/4 CUP SOY SAUCE
- 1/4 CUP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 24 OUNCE PINEAPPLE W/ JUICE RAN THROUGH A FOOD PROCESSOR INTO A PASTE
- 1/4 - 1/3 CUP FIREBALL WHISKEY
- 1 - 2 TBSP LIQUID SMOKE ( 1/2 TBSP AT A TIME TO TASTE )

Step 1
PLACE TOMATO SAUCE, CHILI GARLIC SAUCE, MOLASSES HONEY MIX AND BROWN SUGAR, SOY SAUCE, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND PINEAPPLE INTO 4 QUART CROCK POT, TURN ON HIGH AND STIR THROUGHLY.
ADD IN 1 TBSP LIQUID SMOKE AND MIX THROUGHLY
ADD IN 1/4 CUP FIREBALL WHISKEY AND MIX THROUGHLY
LET COOK / WARM 30 MINUTES AND TASTE.
ADD 1/2 TBSP OF LIQUID SMOKE MIX LET COOK / STAND 20 MINUTES AND TASTE
ADD 1 TBSP FIREBALL WHISKEY MIX LET COOK / STAND 20 MINUTES AND TASTE
