Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips, optional

Preparation
Step 1
In large pan combine butter, pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, salt, and eggs. Cook over med/low heat just until thickened. Remove from heat. Set aside.
Using 3 inch cookie cutter, cut out circles. Gently fold 1/8- 1/4 inch up on edges. Spoon 1 Tbsp of mixture into each circle. Place on parchment lined pan. Bake 8 mins. Microwave chocolate chips in bag. Snip corner and drizzle over if desired.
