Peanut Butter Fruit & Cookie Dip

Yum! The combination of creamy and crunch from the toffee bits in this Peanut Butter dip is amazing. Works wonderfully for dipping apple slices or shortbread cookies. Enjoy!

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup whipping cream
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1 bar cream cheese, room temperature
• 3/4 cup peanut butter
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 tablespoons toffee bits
• Caramel drizzle

Preparation

Step 1

Whip up the whipping cream and powdered sugar in a mixer on high speed. Once the whipped cream is fluffy, break apart the cream cheese and add a little bit at a time on medium speed.

Add the peanut butter, brown sugar, and vanilla. Whip on a higher speed for 2 minutes.

Pour into a bowl, top with caramel and toffee bits, serving with apples and shortbread cookies.
