  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1 lb. pecan halves
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg white and water until frothy, but not stiff; stir in pecans. Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon together. Add pecan mixture; stir well. Place on cookie sheet lined with non-stick aluminum. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Stir after 15 minutes, then stir again in 12 minutes, and again after another 12 minutes. Cool
