Ingredients
- 1 13 oz. box rotini pasta
- 1 24 oz. pasta sauce, divided
- 1 8 oz. bag finely shredded mozzarelli cheese, divided
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped pepperoni

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Stir in 1/2 jar pasta sauce and half the bag of cheese. Layer the pepperoni next. Sute peppers and onion to soften, about 5 minutes. Add pasta to baking dish. Pour remaining 1/2 jar pasta sauce over pasta and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered, 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese melts. Freezes well too!!
