Ingredients

  • Frosting:
  • 1 Chocolate Cake mix w/ pudding
  • 1 C. Sugar
  • 1 C. Milk
  • 24 Large Marshmallows
  • 14 oz. Coconut
  • 1 1/2 C. Sugar
  • 1 C. Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 C. Butter
  • 12 oz. Chocolate Chips
  • 1 C. Almonds, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together cake mix. Grease two 9×13 pans. Line bottom&sides of 1 with wax paper. Spray with pam. Divide cake mix into pans.

BAKE350 for 15-20 minutes. Cool.

In saucepan, boil sugar&milk. Reduce heat&stir in marshmallows. Add coconut. Spread on cake without the wax paper. Remove 2nd cake from pan. Turn over&place on top of filling. Remove paper.

In another saucepan, boil sugar, milk&butter. Remove from heat, add chips until smooth. Add nuts. Pour over cake. Cool at room temperature. Chill overnight.
