Muffin Pan Cookies & Brownies

King Arthur Flour ~ This is a fun take on cookies & brownies. This makes perfect bite-size version of brownies, too. The boys love it! I made 18 cookies the first time I made these & they were gone in 2 days!

1 pkg. cookie mix
OR
1 pkg. brownies mix

Preparation

Step 1

Grease a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray. Mix cookies or brownies according to package directions. Drop 1 TB batter into each muffin cup. Bake at 375 for about 10 – 12 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes then transfer to a platter.
