Ingredients
- Asian Guacamole:
- 1 Large Red Onion
- 150 g Gram Flour
- 1 Red Chilli
- 1 Small bunch Coriander
- 1 inch ginger root
- 1 heaped teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1 heaped teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 heaped teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 3 tablespoons water
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 red onion
- 1 small chilli
- 1 tablespoon Coriander
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 quarter lime
- Recommended Burger Toppings:
- Lettuce
- Mango Chutney
- Tomatoes
- Popadoms
- Red Onion
- Burger Rolls

Preparation
Step 1
Put all the burger ingredients in a bowl and stir until you have a batter
Make a patties out of the batter & deep fry them until they're golden & crispy
Put all the guacamole ingredients in a bowl & mash with a fork
Build your burgers
*If you want a healthier version, you don't have to fry them, you can bake them & they're still delicious
