Ingredients

  • sauce:
  • 1 1/2 lbs shrimp
  • 1 packet shrimp boil
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 can beer
  • 3 its water
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • juice of one lemon
  • 6 sprigs fresh dill minced or 2 tsp dried dill
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup sliced celery

Preparation

Step 1

Bring water to boil add shrimp boil, sliced lemon, beer --let boil five minutes.. Add shrimp. Cook only long enough for shrimp to come to the top (about 4-5 mins) Let cool over ice, peel and cut in half



Sauce:
Toss together with shrimp. May add Artichoke hearts. Serve in a tomato cored and salted or on fresh bibb lettuce
