Ingredients
- Toppings:
- 1 1/2 lb. beef flank steak
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 jalapino pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp.cilanto
- 8 oz. chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground couander
- 12- 8 " flour tortillas
- sour cream
- shredded cheddar cheese
- guacamole
- salsa

Preparation
Step 1
Cut flank steack and combine with seasoning. Add tomatoes. Cover & cook in crock pot 8-10 hours. Shred meat and return.
To serve, spread meat mixture on tortillas and add toppings
