  • 1/4 cup stevia in the raw
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 packets Creme Brûlée  Flex Flavors
  • 1/3 cup natural almond butter
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 TB unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 stevia-sweetened dark chocolate bar roughly chopped
  • Drizzle  calorie-free caramel syrup for garnish

Step 1

Method: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, except chocolate chunks. Once well mixed, combine the dry ingredients into the wet ingredient bowl. At this time, gently incorporate the chocolate. Spread batter evenly into a Pam-sprayed square baking dish. Use the caramel syrup to make 5 lines across the top of the wet batter.
