Ingredients

  • 2 cups P.A.N. Pre-cooked Yellow Corn Meal
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 350° F. Grease a baking mold with butter and sprinkle flour. Set aside.

Pour milk, water, and coconut milk in a pot over medium heat. Add sugar, cumin, nutmeg and salt.

Lower the heat as soon as the mixture starts boiling and add

. Mix well for 3 minutes, add butter and cook for 2 more minutes.

Pour batter in the mold and bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the mold while hot.
