Ingredients

    bag Success White Rice

  • 1

    pkg Smoked Sausage, sliced thin diagonally

  • 2

    tbsp olive oil

  • 2

    cloves garlic chopped

  • 1

    medium onion, sliced thin

  • 1

    large red pepper sliced thin

  • 1

    pkg (10 oz) frozen broccoli florets thawed

  • ½

    cup chicken broth or water

  • ½

    cup tomato sauce

  • ½

    cup shredded Mozzarella cheesePrepare rice according no to package directions. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add smoked sausage and cook until browned. Add garlic, onions, bell pepper and broccoli and cook5 minutes stirring occasionally. Add rice, broth and tomato sauce. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes stirring occasionally.

  • Serve topped with cheese.
