Healthy nachos

Ingredients
- 3 sweet potatoes
- olive oil
- sea salt
- ground pepper
- 1/3 cup red onion, diced
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup no-salt tomato sauce
- 2.5 oz mashed avocado
- 2.5 oz greek yogurt
- chopped green onions
- 1 oz grated cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 420.
Slice sweet potatoes into wedges. Then spray them with olive oil and season them with sea salt & ground pepper. Toss so they are evenly coated. Then sautéed for 5 minutes until the edges are brown.
Then place the entire skillet in the oven for 25 minutes.
While the potatoes are baking, spray another skillet with olive oil then sautéed onion till tender. Add in ground turkey. Season with chili powder, garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper. Mix it all up, browning turkey. Then add in tomato sauce. Mix well.
Remove the potato wedges from the oven and top with cooked turkey mixture. Garnish with mashed avocado, greek yogurt, green onion and cheese. Dig in with a fork and enjoy!
