Ingredients
- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 1/3 cup parmesan
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 8oz. can tomatoes
- 1 6oz. tomato paste
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozarella

Step 1
Cook spaghetti & drain. Stir in margarine and add parmesan cheese and eggs. Form mixture into crust in buttered 10" pie plate. Stir into ground beef, undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, & spices. Simmer. Spread cottage cheese over crust. Fill with mixture. Bake at 350* for 20- 30 minutes. Sprinkle with mozarella cheese. Bake 5 minutes.
