- Dressing
- 1/4 cup(s), White Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp(s), Orange juice - Raw
- 2 tbsp(s), Agave
- 1/2 cup(s), Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp(s), Dijon Mustard
- Salad
- 1/2 lb(s), Peppers, sweet, yellow, raw, sliced
- 1/2 Cup, Chopped, Red Onion
- 6 oz(s), Cheese, feta
- 15 black olives
- 12 pieces (28g), Artichoke Hearts
- 2 4 oz chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
