Preparation

Step 1

Instructions
Add a tablespoon of butter to a sauté pan.

Cut the Kielbasa into ¼ inch cubes and add to the sauté pan, browning for 10 minutes.

In a food processor, add the sour cream, cream cheese, mayo, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce, pulsing until well combined.

In a bowl, combine the grated cheese, Kielbasa, scallions, jalapeño, pickles, and sauerkraut. Stir to until well blended.

Add the pepper and cream cheese base to the bowl. Stir until all the ingredients are evenly dispersed.

Pour the mixture into a 8 inch X 8 inch baking tray, and bake at 350º degrees for 15-20 minutes, until slightly golden.

A definite crowd pleaser, and not too spicy for anyone that prefers milder flavors. This Ultimate Kielbasa dip is a combination of a classical reuben with some polish influence. I served this dip with some whole wheat bread, but you can serve with crackers, chips, pretzels, pita bread or any bread of your choice. It is best served warm, but can still be served at room temperature for all those dipping adventures.
