Ingredients
- 1/3 cup P.A.N. Pre-cooked Yellow Corn Meal
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the milk with the molasses, sugar, ginger, salt, cinnamon and P.A.N. Pre-cooked Yellow Corn Meal on medium heat until it starts to thicken. Lower the heat.
Incorporate the beaten eggs and vanilla.
Grease with butter a ceramic or glass heat-resistant mold, pour the mixture in it, place it in a deep tray on a boiling water bath, and bake at 400 °F for 1 hour approximatel
