Ingredients
- 2 T flour
- 2 c chicken broth, divided
- 1/3 c pure maple syrup
- 1-1/2 T apple cider vinegar
- 2 t pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk flour and 1/2 cup broth in medium bowl until
smooth. Add flour mixture, syrup and remaining broth to skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, whisking occasionally, until slightly thickened and reduced to about 1 cup, 12-15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vinegar and pepper; serve. Good over porkchops or other meat.
