Ingredients
- Produce
- 1 small head Broccoli
- 1 cup Carrots
- 1 tbsp Cilantro
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 3 tsp Ginger, ground
- 3 1/2 oz Shiitake mushrooms
- Condiments
- 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- Pasta & Grains
- 5 packs Ramen noodles
- Baking & Spices
- 2 tsp Brown sugar
- Oils & Vinegars
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil

Preparation
Step 1
No directions were given. I would saute the veggies in some peanut oil, adding garlic last so it doesn't burn. Instead of mushrooms I would add cooked shrimp or chicken. Mix Brown Sugar with the oils and vinegar. After adding Ramen noodles add the sauce and toss. Garnish with cilantro and maybe some chopped peanuts and dress the top of each serving with the Hoisin/Soy sauce mixture
