  • 1 1/2 lbs. fresh green beans
  • 3 Tbs. Butter
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced garlic
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced shallots
  • 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary (1 tsp. fresh)
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt

Step 1

In steamer basket steam beans until crisp. In a large skillet over medium heat melt butter. Add garlic and shallots and cook 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until garlic is lightly browned. Add beans and seasonings and saute for another 3-5 minutes, until heated through.
