Ingredients

  • cake :
  • 4 eggs seperated
  • 5 T sugar
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 2 T cocoa
  • 2 T flour
  • Whipped cream :
  • 3 98oz) containers whipped topping
  • 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Glaze:
  • 1 lb. coating chocolate
  • 2 sticks margarine

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 350
line 1x10x2 jelly roll pan with waked paper
beat egg whites , gradually add sugar. At low speed add egg yolks, one at a time, vanilla.

Sift flour and cocoa together. slowly ass to batter. Poor into prepared pan. bake for 13 minutes. invert cake onto towel sprinkled with confectioners sugar. peel off paper.roll cake starting from long edge. let cool.repeat process 2 more times.
whip the cream on high , add sugar and vanilla and whip till stiff.

to Assemble: Unroll one cake . cover with cream roll. freeze
Glaze: melt chocolate and margarine . Place cake on board over rack. poor chocolate over cake. drizzle any remaining chocolate with a fork over cake.
