Preparation
Step 1
Cut carrots lengthwise, then into 1-2 inch pieces. Sperad on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and thyme. Roast 400° turning about every 10 minutes until carrots are well browned.
