BREAST****Five-Spice Chicken (ActiFry)

06/02/17 - VVG for both and easy. I marinated it on Sunday and cooked it on Monday and served it with plain Jasmine Rice and roasted Baby Bok Choy.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces diced boneless chicken
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon five spice powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Chinese rice wine or Japanese cooking sake, optional
- 1 heaping teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 heaping teaspoon sugar or honey
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon oil

Preparation
Step 1
Marinate the chicken with the remaining ingredients in a ziplock bag for 15 minutes to overnight. Remove from the fridge 45 minutes before cooking.
Place the chicken with its marinade in the ActiFry pan and cook for 10 - 12 minutes.
Serve with rice or noodles and garnish with scallions, sesame seeds and cilantro, if desired.
