Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots, peeled, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro or parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest, grated
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Place carrots in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 7-8 min or until carrots are tender. Transfer carrots to a bowl. Toss with remaining ingredients and pepper to taste.
