Ingredients
- 1 premade whole leg of duck confit
- 2 - 4 tablespoons honey
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 1 clove garlic, skin on, smashed

Preparation
Step 1
Pick the meat and skin from the duck leg and shred. Set aside until serving time.
In a small saucepan, add the honey, soy sauce, rosemary and garlic clove (smashed slightly with the back of your knife). Place pan over medium high heat, bring the mixture to a simmer and remove from the heat. Allow to steep and infuse for 10 minutes (or until you're ready to plate).
Saute the duck meat and skin in a non-stick pan until hot and crispy. Strain the honey mixture over and warm the confit in the honey mixture.
Serve with Actifry Thyme Roasted Za'atar potatoes.
