Ingredients

  • 4 large Onions, diced
  • 2 pkgs Dry Yeast
  • 3/4 cup Warm Water
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 stick Margarine
  • 4 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Egg for glazing

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onions.
Dissolve yeast in water.
Put all the ingredients into mixer.
Mix until smooth.
Let rise 1/2 hour.
Roll dough into 3 circles, 8"-9" in diameter.
Slice into 8 triangles.
Sprinkle with onions.
Place on cookie sheet.
Let rise for 1 hour.
Brush with egg.
Bake @ 400 for 12-15 minutes.
