- one mango, pureed
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
- 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno
- 1 to 2 tablespoons prepared teriyaki sauce
- Hawaiian Pineapple Turkey Burgers
- 4 turkey burgers or 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 hamburger style buns, or your choice bun
- romaine lettuce washed and torn to fit buns
- 4 slices pineapple
- 2-4 tablespoon teriyaki sauce

Spicy Mango Mayonnaise
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
Cover tightly and store refrigerated up to 1 week.
Hawaiian Pineapple Turkey Burger
Form 4 burgers out of the ground turkey if you are not using the pre-formed patties.
Grill burgers at medium high 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Grill pineapple slices 2 minutes on each side or until hot and have nice grill marks.
Remove pineapple from grill and coat in teriyaki sauce. Spoon any remaining sauce over burgers.
Toast buns on grill.
Build your burger with lettuce, pineapple ring, and mango mayonnaise.
Serve hot.
