Coffee Cake - Outstanding

Ingredients

• 1 yellow cake mix
• 1 small vanilla instant pudding mix
• 1 cup oil
• 1 cup water
• 4 eggs
• 4 tbsp brown sugar
• 3 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake mix, pudding mix, oil and water. Add eggs one at a time.

Pour half of mix into greased tube pan.

Mix brown sugar and cinnamon and swirl into first half of mix in pan then add remainder of mix over.

Bale at 350 for 50 minutes. Check to see if done. If not add minutes at a time. You know your oven.
