Ingredients

  • 4-5 cloves garlic
  • Beef or shrimp
  • Mushrooms
  • Cauliflower
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 t. soy sauce
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 t. sugar
  • Rice
  • Cayenne or crushed red pepper - to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Brown chopped cloves of garlic in oil until yellow. Add beef, cut into thin strips OR raw peeled shrimp cut into 2 or 3 pieces, and cook until tender. Add thinly sliced mushrooms and cook a short time until tender. Add 1 head of thinly sliced cauliflower, a little water, tomatoes cut into small pieces, green onions cut into 1 inch pieces, soy sauce, salt, pepper and sugar. Cook 2 to 3 minutes more. Serve over rice. Season with cayenne or crushed red pepper to taste.
