Ingredients
- 4 thinly sliced cucumbers
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- 1 large sliced red pepper
- 1 large sliced green bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 cups white vineager
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Step 1
Mix cucumbers, onion, peppers, and salt; set aside.
Put vineager, celery seeds, and red pepper flakes in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add two handfuls of ice and let melt.
Place all of the vegetables in a large-mouthed canning jar (2 quart jars or 1 half gallon jar).
Pour vineager mixture over vegetables. Store in refrigerator. Will keep up to 2 months.
