  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 8 Caribbean Peppers of Choice), Red Ghost, White Ghost, Tortuga, Reaper, Trinidad, chopped - Pick Your poison
  • 1 Cup Lime/Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cup Green Onion
  • 1 Cup Fresh Celery
  • 1 Cup Cilantro
  • 1 Can of Tomato Sauce
  • 1 jar of Pizza Sauce
  • 1 Red Onion , diced
  • 1 White onion, diced
  • 4 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Cup Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

1 Tbsp olive oil
8 Caribbean Peppers of Choice), Red Ghost, White Ghost, Tortuga, Reaper, Trinidad, chopped - Pick Your poison
1 Cup Lime/Lemon Juice
1 Cup Green Onion
1 Cup Fresh Celery
1 Cup Cilantro
1 Can of Tomato Sauce
1 jar of Pizza Sauce
1 Red Onion , diced
1 White onion, diced
4 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 Cup Vinegar
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp Black Pepper
1 cup water


Cooking Directions

Heat oil in a pan and add peppers and onions. Stir.
Add tomatoes and stir. Cook about 10 minutes.
Add vinegar, salt and water. Simmer 20 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
Transfer contents to a food processor and process until smooth.
Transfer to a container. Seal and refrigerate until ready to use.
