Ingredients
- 2 14-ounce cans condensed milk-NOT pop-top cans
- (you may use canning jars that are sealed tight if the cans are pop-top)

Preparation
Step 1
Place cans into slow cooker and cover with water.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove from cooker with tongs and let cool to room temperature.
