Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs, large
  • 1 tbsp Almond extract
  • 1 package Classic white cake mix
  • 2 tbsp Confectioners' sugar
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) package Vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Water

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease & flour bundt pan

Mix eggs, Almond extra ct, 1/3 c. oil and 1 cup of water.

Add in Cake mix, 1 pkg., of instant vanilla pudding.

Add in 3/4 c. almonds.

Mix well.

Bake until knife inserted comes out clean - start checking at 1 1/2 hrs.
