Ingredients

  • 3 c. Regular or Bread Flour
  • 3 T. Sugar
  • 1 pkg. Rapid Rise Yeast
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 3 T. Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Oven at 350 degrees.

Place flour in a large baggie

Add sugar, yeast, warm water. Zip baggie and knead together til flour is well mixed.

Let it rest 10 minutes.

Add Olive oil, salt and a little more flour to bag and mix some more.

Turn onto counter covered with parchment paper and knead til smooth with a little extra flour.

Place in 2 mini loaf pans or 1 larger loaf pan. Let it rise 20-30 minutes.

Bake 25 minutes for mini loaves.
