Grama G's Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 cup walnuts
• Cake:
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup white sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sour cream (mix with 1 teaspoon baking soda)
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 cups flour
• Dash of salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix and set aside topping ingredients.

In mixer combine and mix all ingredients for cake until smooth.

Pour into prepared 8" square pan. Sprinkle topping ingredients evenly over batter.

Bake in 350 degrees oven for about 20 minutes or until done.
