Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. beef chuck, cubed
  • 2 cups onions, diced
  • 2 cups potatoes, quartered
  • 2 cups carrots, cut in chunks
  • 2 cups celery, cut in large pieces
  • 1 large can sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp, pepper
  • 5 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 cups V-8

Step 1

Combine vegetables in roaster with tight fitting lid. Combine spices and sprinkle over mixture. Pour V-8 juice over all. Bake 250* for 5 hours.
