Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs flank steak
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- once cup water
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup grated carrots
- green onion for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Cut meat into strips against the grain.
In a ziplock, add steak and cornstarch. Shake to coat
Ad everything to the crockpot except the meat and the spring onion. Mix together, add beef.
Cook high 2-3 hours or low 4-5
Serve over hot white rice with green onions chopped and sprinkled over the top for garnish
