Turkey Hash

This dish can be made with leftovers from Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. You can even throw in leftover mashed potatoes as a thickener instead of flour.

Ingredients
- If not enough or no gravy:
- Leftover gravy
- Leftover turkey (can also use chicken)
- Peas (leftover or frozen)
- Carrots
- Celery
- Onion
- Milk
- Flour
- Chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion, celery & carrots in butter until soft. Add to your gravy mixture. Chop up your left over turkey or chicken and add to your gravy. Throw in your peas and bring to a boil. Serve over biscuits, rice or noodles. If you are low on gravy or have none leftover at all, use milk, chicken broth and flour to make gravy, adding ingredients as above.
