- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. plain breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. yellow mustard
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 6 slices cheddar cheese, cut into squares the size of your meatballs
- 6 pieces Bibb lettuce, torn into large pieces
- 1/3 c. dill pickle chips
- 1/3 c. cherry tomatoes
Make slider mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Worcestershire, and mustard and season with salt and pepper. Mix until fully combined, then form into meatball-sized slider patties.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Cook meatballs until your desired doneness, 12 to 14 minutes for medium.
Top meatballs with cheddar and cover with lid to melt, 2 minutes.
Assemble appetizer skewers by layering slider, lettuce, pickle, and tomato.
