Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup nuts
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 3 cups powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix butter and cocoa first then add flour and sugar. Next add eggs and vanilla until just combined. Don't over mix. Pour batter into 9x13 pan.
Bake in 350 oven for 25-20 minutes.
Mix frosting and spread icing on brownies while hot.
