Ingredients
- 4 oz. feta cheese
- 2/3 c. EVOO
- 1/3 c. nonfat plain Greek yogure
- 3 T lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper
- 3 hearts romaine lettuce, halved lengthwise
- roasted sunflower seeds

Step 1
1. In a blender or food processor, puree feta cheese, EVOO, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and salt and pepper.
2. Grill romaine hearts on medium for about 4 minutes, until spots are charred; turn over.
3. Drizzle with yogurt dressing. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and roasted sunflower seeds.
