- In blender:
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1 c. coconut

Preparation
Step 1
Blend 5 minutes then add coconut and blend 2 minutes more. Pour into 10" greased pie pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350°
