Preparation

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375 °F (190 °C) and lightly grease a 8" x 8" casserole pan. Add the biscuits dough pieces to the casserole.
Add the tomato sauce, spreading it evenly over the biscuits pieces and saving 1/2 cup for later. Place the pepperoni and tomato slices evenly on top and sprinkle the leftover tomato sauce. Add the basil leaves.
Add the mozzarella cheese and top with the Parmesan cheese.
Bake your casserole for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Pro tip: For a garlicky touch in your biscuits crust, mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil with two teaspoons of garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of oregano. Place the biscuits in a freezer bag and add the olive oil and garlic mixture. Shake it and proceed to step 1!
Pro tip: Customize your pizza! Add black pitted olives or jalapeños to your pepperoni pizza or try a Hawaiian pizza casserole using chopped ham and canned pineapple.
