Ingredients
- 1 Jar (26 oz) Spagetti Sauce
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1 +1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 small bay leaves
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 8 oz cooked angel hair pasta
- 4 cups grated cheese (cheddar & Monterey Jack recommended)

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions and garlic in 1 tbsp Olive oil until tender. In a large pot add cooked onions & garlic, spagetti sauce, parsley and other seasoning. Stir well. Bring to boil over high heat. Reduce and simmer 15 minutes. Cook ground beef completely. Drain excess fat. Remove bay leaves from spagetti mixture and add cooked beef. Stir well and simmer 15 minutes. Cook pasta as per instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cover bottom of 9X13X2" pan with 1/3 spagetti sauce mixture. Add 1/2 cooked pasta. Sprinkle less than 1/2 of grated cheese (just enough to lightly cover). Add 1/3 spagetti sauce mixture. Spread remaining pasta (no cheese this time). Spread remaining spagetti sauce mixture. Bake @ 350º for 30 minutes. Add remainging cheese and bake another 5 minutes (until cheese is melted or bubbly).
