Ingredients
- 2 c. milk
- 6 yolks or 3 eggs
- 4 Tbs. sugar
- 1/4 teas. salt
- 1 teas. of vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Scald milk in dbl. broiler. Beat the eggs slightly; then stir in sugar & salt. Add the milk a little at a time stirring constantly. Return to the dbl. broiler & cook over hot, but not boiling, water until mixture coats the spoon 7-8 min. Remove at once from heat add vanilla. Cool and serve with Snow Pudding.
