Ingredients
- 1/2 c oil
- 1/4 c water
- 2 c flour
- 3/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix together.
2. Divide dough in half and roll between wax paper. Wet countertop, place one sheet of wax paper down on the wet counter. Place 1/2 of dough in the middle of the paper and place the other sheet on top of dough.
3. Roll thin into a circle, bigger than the pie pan. Remove the top sheet of paper, and pick up the bottom sheet with dough on the sheet. Dough will not fall off, and place on the pan. Slowly peel the sheet off dough. Repeat for the top crust.
Makes 2 shell of crust.
