Ingredients

4 c. roasted sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs well beaten
3 teas. vanilla
1/3 c. milk

Servings 10

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all and pour into 7 x 11 greased dish.

Top with:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
3 Tbs. melted butter
1/2 c. pecans

Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
