CAULIFLOWER SALAD (Annette)

Ingredients

  • 1 Head of cauliflower, cut into small pieces
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 8 radishes, chopped
  • 1 pkg. English peas frozen
  • 1 tbsp. sugar, optional
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

Mix vegetables together in a bowl
Mix sugar and mayonnaise, then spoon over the top of the vegetables
Set overnight in the fridge, then mix in morning.
Keeps up to 10 days
